You've offered some good tips here, with the exception of your salad dressing mistake. Oil is full of calories. You should explore salad dressing recipes that are oil-free. There are plenty out there.

Switching to tuna in water and to Ezekiel bread are my favorite tips here. Do you use a nonsweetened greek yogurt, because with store-bought yogurt sugar is also an issue.
