This is good advice. I've been struggling with insulin resistance. I wish I could try the ACV, but I'm nursing an ulcer and vinegar hurts my stomach too much. Unfortunately, juice is my weakness, but I try to limit it or drink coconut water instead. Its got about half of the natural sugar of fruit juices.
Another alternative for breads is a good sprouted wheat bread. This is the healthiest bread you could eat unless you're either keto or avoiding gluten. Actually, I don't know exactly how this type of bread effects someone with insulin resistance. Any experience with it?
I'm a huge fan of avocado, so I already eat plenty of them.
