Nice article, Adrian and I agree with it for the most part. I think, however, if your eating limited amounts of the right breads made with whole grains and only whole grains and the sweeter fruits you'd be okay. Just follow the calorie density chart and eat mostly from above the line and you'll be okay. You're definately right about getting rid of processed snacks from your diet.
