Its so encouraging to hear what the plant based diet has done for your fibromyalgia. I have Chronic fatigue syndrome and am hoping to see some improvement from going WFPB.
I like your realistic approach to the diet. If making a few exceptions keeps you on track for the long haul, then I say go for it.
I have trouble digesting certain proteins, so many vegan protein types are off the table for me. Most beans are off limits, so I kept eggs in my diet--mostly whites. So I get where your coming from.
That's great that you've kept it going for 10 years. Keep up the good work!
