Excellent list. I love how heavy it is on the plant-based foods. I don't agree with some of the animal-based foods. Chicken is the least healthy meat you can eat, despite popular belief, and oil is the highest calorie food on the planet. You can absolutely cook without oil. Just Google the concept of "water sauting". If you're going to eat cheese, you should pick carefully. Most cheeses are quite high in saturated fat.
