Amarie, you offer some good advice here. cutting down on the processed carbs and eating more fruit, vegetables and whole grains is definately the way to go. I also advocate for getting all processed foods and animal products out of the diet, but to each his own. Congrats on losing belly fat. That's a challenge. Thanks for the good information
